Tora是一隻米克斯虎斑母貓，開始MGRS治療慢性齒齦口炎(FCGS，以下簡稱口炎)時為2歲6個月，結束治療時為4歲2個月，結束治療後第一次追蹤時為4歲6個月。
 
患貓個案是友院轉診，來本院以MGRS治療之前，曾接受過類固醇治療無效，口炎造成患貓疼痛不堪、食慾不振、頻繁抓嘴巴。
 
Tora在開始進行牙齦黏膜置換手術 (Mucogingival Replacement Surgery, MGRS)治療後，食慾出現明顯改善，雖治療過程中幾經波折，感謝飼主始終堅信支持我們，牙齦黏膜置換手術 (Mucogingival Replacement Surgery, MGRS)最終仍將患貓口炎完全治療痊癒並保留牙齒、吞嚥正常、食慾提升、生活品質良好、不需藥物控制。

MGRS療程結束後三個月追蹤，口炎無復發、食慾維持良好、正常吃喝、活力良好且不再抓嘴巴、體重上升、不需要藥物或其他治療。

“Tora (the word means "tiger")” is a mixed breed tabby female cat, she was 2 years and 6 months at the start of Mucogingival Replacement Surgery (MGRS) treatment for feline chronic gingivostomatitis (FCGS, hereinafter referred to as stomatitis), 4 years and 2 months at the end of treatment, and the first follow-up after the end of treatment is 4 years and 6 months.
 
The patient was referred from another hospital. Before coming to our hospital for treatment with MGRS, she had been treated with steroids but it didn't work, the stomatitis caused the patient to suffer from severe pain, loss of appetite, and frequent scratching of the mouth.
 
After Tora started to undergo MGRS treatment, her appetite improved significantly, although she has traveled a tortuous course of treatment, I would like to thank the owner for always firmly supporting us. In the end, MGRS still completely cured her stomatitis, with preserved teeth, normal swallowing, improved appetite, good quality of life, and no need for medication to control.
 
We followed patients three months after the finished of MGRS treatment, no recurrence of stomatitis, good appetite, normal eating and drinking, good energy and no longer scratching the mouth, weight gain, no need for medication or other treatment.
