又一隻口炎貓咪治癒畢業了。

登登是一隻7歲半，3.2 kg(7 lbs)雌性混種虎斑貓，因貓慢性齒齦口炎(Feline Chronic Gingivostomatitis, FCGS)導致牙齦及口腔黏膜紅腫，且因口咽部紅腫造成疼痛及流涎不止。 在經過本院陳重威獸醫師的牙齦黏膜置換手術(Mucogingival Replacement Surgery, MGRS)治療6個月後，口炎紅腫部位皆已治癒、口腔不再疼痛，體重上升至4.25 kg (9.4 lbs)，恢復良好的食慾及生活品質，不需要以藥物控制病情。

Deng-Deng is a 7.5 years old, 3.2 kg (7 lbs) female mixed tabby cat. Feline Chronic Gingivostomatitis (FCGS) caused red and swollen gingiva and oral mucosa, and pain and salivation caused by redness and swelling of the oropharynx. After 6 months of the Mucogingival Replacement Surgery (MGRS) treatment invented by our hospital's Dr. Chung-Wei Chen (Richard Chen), all FCGS lesions have healed, the oral cavity is no longer painful, the weight has increased to 4.25 kg (9.4 lbs), the appetite and quality of life have been restored, and do not require medication to control the condition.
